Established in 1999 with the support of local government and international cooperation, XIKE launched the world’s first E.coli gene-derived phytase in 2003, also the first in the world to commercialize keratinase in 2004. We continuously launch cellulase, series of hemicellulase (β-xylanase, β-glucanase and β-mannase), amylase (α-amylase, β-amylase), lipase, totally 6 feed enzymes in 2005-2007. Series of complex protease products are successfully developed in the year 2008-2010. In 2010-2012, XIKE launched a series of food enzyme products for baking and alcohol industries. Currently, XIKE manufactures over 20 types of enzymes, widely covering the industries of animal feed, baking, alcohol, textile, pulp&paper.
