Heat-stable Alpha-amylase
Heat-stable Alpha-amylase is applied broadly for liquefaction, which produces dextrins and small amount of maltose and glucose in the industry of fuel ethanol, alcohol, beer.
XKgrain LIQ is bacterial heat-stable amylase developed to offer easy and consistent liquefaction at high temperatures and wide pH range.
XKgrain LIQ is made from the strain of Bacillus Licheniformis through liquid submerged fermentation.
Glucoamylase
Glucoamylase degrades dextrins into glucose in the saccharification process. After saccharification, the sugar can be further converted into alcohol. With different downstream processing, alcohol can be used to produce ethanol or potable alcohol.
XKgrain SAC is concentrated glucoamylase for saccharification which allows for the greatest total sugar conversion.
XKgrain SAC is glucoamylase derived from Aspergillus Niger through submerged fermentation technique.
