XKbake XYB (Bacterial Xylanase)

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION        

XKbake XYB is special bacterial Xylanase for baking. It degrades arabinoxylans in flour into mono- and oligosaccharides. They hydrolyze the ß-(1,4)-xylosidic linkages in the arabinoxylan chain.
